COVID-19 Updates

Crossroads Church is open to a limited number of people who wish to gather for worship.  We at Crossroads Church wish to do everything possible in order to mitigate the spread of Covid-19.  In order to accomplish this we will definitely need your help.  If you wish to attend please use the sign-up link below to RSVP for the 8:30am or the 10:30am service. (Please sign up for one service only).  If you feel you are vulnerable in any way and/or have a compromised immune system, or you feel uncomfortable with larger gatherings at this time, we encourage you to stay home and watch online.  If you are sick, we would love to hear from you so that we may serve you as well as pray for your recovery and healing.  We encourage everyone to graciously self-monitor with regard to the following precautionary measures listed below, in order to maintain compliance with Pitkin County and state guidelines, as seen here.

*COVID-19 is a contagious virus and attendance at Crossroads services assumes voluntary risks of exposure and/or infection.*

  • Follow Pitkin County “Five Commitments of Containment”

    • Maintain 6 feet of social distance

    • Wash hands often

    • Cover face in public

    • Stay home when sick

    • Get tested immediately if symptoms appear

  • Masks are now required in accordance with Pitkin County's Public Health order.  

  • Please bring your own mask.

  • Rows of chairs will be closed off in order to comply with social distancing.

  • Floors will be marked for one-way flow of foot traffic within the facility.

  • Members of the same household are encouraged to cluster together in a group.

  • All interior and exterior doors will remain open to allow for thorough ventilation.

  • If you have any of following symptoms please stay home.

    • Fever or chills

    • Cough

    • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

    • Fatigue

    • Muscle aches or body aches

    • Headache

    • New loss of taste and/or smell

    • Sore throat

    • Congestion or runny nose

    • Nausea or vomiting

    • Diarrhea

  • In order to avoid close contact we will not offer communion at this time.

  • Offering basket will not be passed.  There are multiple offering boxes (touch-less) mounted to the wall in various locations.

  • Only one person will be allowed in bathrooms at a time.

  • We will not serve food or beverage.  Individuals may bring in their own coffee or tea.

  • A large LED screen will be set up in the courtyard by the cafe for those who wish to sit outside and still participate in the service.

  • There will be NO Children's Ministry during service.  However, immediately following the 8:30am and 10:30am services Brian will be leading a 15 min segment called "Family Time" for anyone who would like to join. Teaching and kids worship will be played on the LED screen in the courtyard for parents and kids to enjoy. 

  • We will also have viewing areas in the Cafe, Fireplace Room and Upper Room for those who prefer to stay outside of the main sanctuary.

  • Hand sanitation stations will be available throughout the facility.

  • As an additional measure, we will begin each service with an announcement and request for attendees to follow these necessary precautions.
